8 maja gościliśmy przedstawiceli branży eventowej na wspólnym gotowaniu i integracji!

Akademia Kulinarna Mazurkas pod szyldem branży eventowej zebrała około 100 osób! Wspólnie gotowaliśmy Fresh spring rolls ze świeżymi warzywami, marynowanym tofu, sosem orzechowym i sosem chilli oraz Pad Thai z krewetkami lub kurczakiem, sosem tamaryndowym, świetnie się przy tym bawiąc. Wyłonione jury oceniło dania pod kątem smaku, estetyki podania czy (najważniejszej) współpracy w zespole! Po części warsztatowej przeszliśmy do wspólnej integracji!

To był wyśmienity wieczór!
