The Empik Bestsellers event, a television event with a live broadcast, is organized by us every year with the participation of numerous guests, including representatives of the media, culture and business world. This is to confirm that the company MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre and Hotel Ltd. was providing catering service for the Grand Opening of the official visit to Poland of Their Royal Highnesses The Crown Prince and The Crown Princess of the Kingdom of Denmark with an accompanying Danish business delegation.

The catering was in a form of a lunch for 250 persons provided at the Copernicus Conference Centre in Warsaw on 12 May 2014.

We hereby want to thank you again for the professional and high level catering service at our FTTH Conference 2015 which took place from 10 to 12 February 2015 in Warsaw. With 3000 delegates from 85 countries this was – once again – the largest fibre-to-the-home related event in the world.

The special concept of the FTTH Conference is to generate a high level networking atmosphere which includes a permanent catering for the delegates in the exhibition hall for the full 2 ½ days of the event. Mazurkas has done an excellent job to serve high quality food and drinks to the participants handling all the challenges of making sure that the large numer of people joining the FTTH Conference had access to qualitatice meals without any relevant queuing or waiting Times.

This is also reflected in the feedback of the participants. The category „Food & Beverages” was rated with an average of 4,4 out of 5. This is one of the best ratings we ever had in this category in the 12 years of the FTTH Conference.

We also want to mention the professional organisation and preparation of the event which included wel ldesigned processes for a smooth implementation of all necessary steps, starting with the selection of the food, including the budget negotiations and the logistic details and resulting in the great delivery of the srevices at the event itself.
